We are excited to upgrade our bait stations to the Trelona® ATBS Annual Baiting System. This advanced termite technology uses always-active bait designed to help eliminate termite colonies and provide continuous protection for your home.
Your current stations monitor for termite activity, but do not contain active bait. The new Trelona® stations contain an active ingredient that termites carry back to the colony, disrupting their molting process and helping eliminate termites at the source.
To activate your upgrade, please contact us. A new agreement is necessary per the State of Georgia.

Why this upgrade matters
● ● ● ●
Trelona® bait stations provide continuous termite protection directly in the soil around your home. Unlike monitoring-only stations, the bait remains active at all times, working even between inspections and service visits. This means protection is always in place, not dependent on how often stations are checked.
As termites feed on the bait, they transfer it throughout the colony. This process disrupts normal growth and development, which can lead to colony elimination rather than simply detecting activity. Instead of only identifying termites when they appear, Trelona® technology is designed to reduce and eliminate termite populations at the source.
With always-active bait working below ground year-round, your home benefits from consistent protection with fewer service visits. The focus shifts from monitoring for termites to actively controlling them before they can cause damage.
We're excited to bring this enhanced level of protection to our customers. To ensure a smooth transition to the Trelona® system, please contact our team to complete the agreement required for your upgraded service.
What’s Changing With Your Service
● ● ● ●
Your existing termite bait stations will be replaced with Trelona® bait stations at no cost. These new stations contain always-active bait that remains in the ground year-round to help protect your home between inspections. Because protection now comes from continuous bait activity rather than monitoring alone, inspections will move from quarterly visits to one annual inspection.
As part of this transition, a new agreement is required before your service can be converted to the Trelona® system. We encourage you to contact our team as soon as possible so we can help complete the process and answer any questions about your updated service.

With monitoring stations, protection depended on frequent checks to detect termite activity. With Trelona®, protection comes from always-active bait working continuously in the soil. This means your home remains protected year-round while service visits are reduced to once annually.
